USING OUR SERVICES IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL. WE ARE A PRIVATE, THIRD-PARTY DOCUMENT PREPARATION COMPANY. WE ARE NOT THE IRS OR ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCY, AND NO GOVERNMENT AGENCY IS ASSOCIATED OR AFFILIATED WITH US, ENDORSES US, OR RECOMMENDS US.
Thank you for choosing My EIN Filing (referred to collectively as the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules that apply when you use our website and services (“Services”).
When you access or use the Services, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them.

Wyoming Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
01. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our Services.
02. Description of Services
We provide simplified online forms, document preparation services, application submission services, and third-party designee representation for various agency filings.
We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
You are not required to use our Services. We are not the IRS or any government agency, nor are we associated, affiliated, endorsed, or recommended by any government agency. We are a third-party document preparation service.
03. Account Registration
If an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials.
We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.
04. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds
- •You understand that payment is due upon the completion and submission of our Service forms.
- •We will not process or fulfill your request for the Services until payment has been received.
- •We do not charge for agency forms or confirmation notices, as these can be obtained for free directly from the relevant agency websites.
- •Our fees are for our simplified online forms, filling out and making revisions to your forms, submitting your applications electronically or via fax, and third-party designee representation services.
- •Service pricing is disclosed on our checkout/payment page and may be updated at our discretion. We may provide discounts or promotions as we deem necessary.
- •You understand that delays may occur due to agency errors, omissions, backlogs, or requests for additional information.
- •If required by the agency, your official documents may be mailed directly to the address you provided.
🔄 Refund Policy
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of your purchase, as long as your application has not yet been submitted for processing. Because applications are submitted automatically, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
Once your application has been submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail, refunds are no longer guaranteed. Any other refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued only if approved.
05. Service-Specific Pricing
Standard Delivery
Includes agent review and submission of your application to the IRS. If approved, delivered via email within 1–3 business days.
Instant Delivery
Agent submission to IRS & delivery within 24 hours or less, if approved. Available Mon–Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
Annual Renewal (ARS)
Includes agent review and submission of your renewal to the state agency. Filing receipt delivered via email in 1–3 business days.
⚠️ Reference 101 Error
If your application results in a Reference 101 error, we will provide next-step instructions via email or fax.
If we are unable to obtain your EIN due to a Reference 101 error, you will receive a full refund, issued the following business day with email confirmation.
*We reserve the right to contest chargebacks for orders where services were fulfilled.
06. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee uptime, availability, or error-free operation. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur.
07. Third-Party Agencies & Links
We are not responsible for agency processing delays, government system outages, third-party service providers, or the content of third-party websites.
Your interactions with outside services are at your own risk.
08. Transmission & Data Security
We use industry standard encryption in transit and at rest. However, your device, software, and internet access point are not under our control or monitoring.
No digital transmission is fully secure or error-free. We cannot guarantee that your information will not be accessed, intercepted, altered, or lost by unauthorized parties.
By using our Services, you accept these inherent risks.
09. SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you provide your express written consent to receive automated text messages (SMS) from My EIN Filing for informational and marketing purposes, including updates regarding your order.
We register our own 10DLC brand and campaigns with the mobile carriers, send from our own registered number, and identify ourselves by name in our messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
SMS consent, mobile phone numbers, and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers as necessary to manage and deliver communications on our behalf.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and SMS Policy for full details.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, forms, text, and materials on the website are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and agents from reasonable losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your misuse of Services, violation of Terms, or violation of applicable law.
You are not required to indemnify us for claims caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or unlawful acts.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits or data.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the past 3 months.
13. No Professional Advice
Unless explicitly stated, our services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
Use of our Services does not create an attorney-client or tax-advisor relationship.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
15. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from the Services or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Laramie County, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
